Amandeep is a Registered Therapeutic Addiction and Mental Health Counsellor. She graduated from Kelowna College in Applied Psychology and Counselling - specializing in Addiction Counseling. She has been a part of the Smart Team since its inception. She completed a Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery and earned a certification in Health Care Administration and Hospital Unit Clerk. Amandeep oversees the front office and administrative activities to optimize facility workflow and provide comprehensive administrative support to the clinic.

Amandeep is dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusion in her practice and uses an integrative approach to best suit the needs of each client. She provides therapy from a trauma-informed perspective and specializes in helping people cope with struggles relating to complex trauma, addiction issues, stress management, self-esteem, relational issues, and coping with symptoms of depression and anxiety. Her passion is to help people find balance in their lives and believes an issue in one area can quickly impact our overall well-being.
