Ashley Robbins
Ashley earned a Diploma of Professional Addictions Counselling from Kelowna College. She was born in Prince Edward Island and has spent most of her life being a matriarch to her family and friends. She enjoys helping people return to their full potential and is dedicated to empowering her patients to make positive life changes at their own pace. She believes in autonomy and understands that each individual has their own unique life experience. With an empathetic and non-judgmental approach, she wants you to feel heard and understood while working on coping strategies, that can be applied to life. Her goal is for her patients to feel comfortable enough so she can help them grow their skills and develop their emotional wellness. As she says, "Nobody has to suffer in Silence".

Ashley uses a Person-Centered Approach, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, solution-focused therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness. She is an integral part of the team at The Smart Clinic to helps patients with Anxiety, Depression, Stress and Burnout, Behavioral Issues, Workplace issues, Coping Skills, Grief, Life Transitions, Self-esteem, Relationship Issues, Addictions, Trauma and PTSD.
