Dr. Jupinder Bains (CCFP) completed his medical training at The University of Ottawa and subsequently finished his residency in Family Medicine at The University of Calgary. Dr. Bains has developed a specialized interest in Mental Health and Addictions. He is certified by the International Society of Addiction Medicine. He has also gained experience in psychotherapy techniques used to address psychological trauma including basic training in EMDR, Complex trauma, and attachment disorders as well as experience with self-soothing techniques including deep breathing and various meditation practices.
