Eishie began her healthcare journey after moving from Saskatchewan to Calgary to pursue her Practical Nurse Diploma at Bow Valley College. She is dedicated to patient-centered, harm-reduction, and trauma-informed care.
Her clinical experience spans long-term care, general medicine, and mental health and addiction, where she supported individuals with complex medical and psychiatric needs using crisis management and de-escalation strategies.
At The Smart Clinic, Eishie supports patients through motivational interviewing, harm reduction, and relapse prevention, emphasizing empathy, collaboration, and cultural sensitivity. She values compassion, respect, and continuous learning, striving to promote recovery and empowerment in every patient interaction.

The Smart Clinic, in the City of Calgary (traditionally named Mohkínstsis) is also home to the Métis Nation of Alberta, Region III.
