Ravneet Sidhu
Ravneet has been a dedicated Registered Nurse and Clinic Manager at The Smart Clinic since its inception and has admirably balanced her professional life with the responsibilities of being a mother to a young boy. Specializing in Addiction and Mental Health, she has been actively involved in providing care since 2015. Her training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) further enhances her ability to provide a holistic approach to patient care. At The Smart Clinic, Ravneet oversees the administrative team and manages project administration and implementation, ensuring top-tier operational efficiency and patient care standards. Her outstanding skills and dedication were recognized with a nomination for the Laura Crawford Excellence in Nursing Practice Award.
Beyond her role at The Smart Clinic, Ravneet has significantly contributed to the broader healthcare community. As the Vice President of the Alberta Clinic Manager Association, she has been instrumental in advancing clinic management practices across the province. Ravneet is also pursuing a Master of Nursing, Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program to further her education. She is also actively involved in teaching and training nursing students at local nursing schools, playing a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of healthcare professionals and inspiring hope for the future of healthcare.
In addition to her many responsibilities, Ravneet serves as the study coordinator for a Phase IV Longitudinal Study of SUBLOCADE (SUBLUTEX Prolonged Release) Clinical Outcomes in Adults with Opioid Use Disorder (Opioid Dependence). Her extensive experience and unwavering commitment to excellence in nursing practice make her an invaluable asset to The Smart Clinic and the healthcare community, instilling a sense of reassurance and confidence in her abilities.
